Registration for the Alabama Launchpad Business Plan Competition is Now Open!

Winning team will win $100,000 to launch their business!

Registration is now open for the third annual Alabama Launchpad business plan competition.  The competition is for new, high-growth ventures in the seed, start-up or early growth stages and is open to students, faculty and even alumni of the seven universities participating in the Alabama Launchpad program:

  • Alabama A&M University
  • Alabama State University
  • Auburn University
  • The University of Alabama
  • University of Alabama at Birmingham
  • University of Alabama in Huntsville
  • University of South Alabama

Interested teams must register through the Alabama Launchpad website.  Phase I of the competition is optional and non-competitive.  Those interested in participating in this phase must submit their Phase I executive summaries by September 26th.  Teams who do not wish to participate in Phase I may enter directly into Phase II.  Registration for the competition will close on Friday, November 14th, and Phase II plans will be due the same day.
